The review of the projects was carried out by both Russian and German parties in parallel independently. The groups that were awarded obtained positive assessments from the reviewers in both countries.

The RSF grant will be 4-6 million Russian rubles annually for the period of 2022-2024.

"This year, we selected a record number of high-profile Russian-German projects. At the same time, there is still a great potential for such large-scale international collaborative research. We would like to provide funding each year for 30-40 projects implemented jointly with German partners", commented the announcement RSF Deputy Director General Andrey Blinov.

Currently, the partners invite proposals for the seventh call until 13 December 2021 for projects with funding period of FY 2023-2025, expecting to release the next joint RSF-DFG call in September next year for projects with funding period of FY 2024-2026.

Since 2016, 95 joint projects have been funded under the RSF-DFG cooperation.

Congratulation to our new grant recipients!
