Annotation of the results obtained in 2020
This year, as planned execution of the project, completed the collection of digital copies of autographs of F. M. Dostoevsky in certain tasks of the project the archives of four countries: in the Department of manuscripts of the national library of Russia (Fund 93, plus materials from several other funds) in the amount of 4236 files facsimiles of autographs, the Russian national library (275 digital copies), State Central theater Museum im. A. A. Bakhrushin (11 pages), Russian national Museum of music (4 files), with a resolution of 1200 dpi. In each of the archives where the shooting took place, the manuscripts of F. M. Dostoevsky scanned by us in this archive were transferred as a gratuitous gift, and acceptance certificates were issued. At the end of these works were in Russian state library scanner "Microbox” camera-based “K71" was transferred to Petersburg, installed and adjusted within the walls of the NLR in order to scan there of the manuscript of Dostoevsky. All received digital copies of autographs were brought, using the automated it platform of KAISA, into a single system based on the chronological and thematic method adopted by us. The completed and completed scientific database received an online version, for this purpose the site design and its categorization were developed, the database is located on the server of the Institute of Russian literature (Pushkin House) of the Russian Academy of Sciences at https://dostoevskyarchive.pushdom.ru/. For storing scanned materials, digital copies of Dostoevsky's manuscripts, and successful operation of the automated database " digital archive of F. M. According to the plan, the following equipment was purchased: 96 TB disk shelves with RAID function and two powerful servers: the main server, where the database files and the system are located, the Internet version of the digital archive, and the backup server, which guarantees the safety of data in the event of an unexpected technical failure or breakdown. Files of facsimile copies of manuscripts and other documents related to the project, received from all archives, were subjected to special processing in order to unify them, with the subsequent consolidation into a single whole of the digital collection of Dostoevsky's autographs: for this purpose, a special set of "lightweight" copies of Dostoevsky's manuscripts in *format was made.jpeg for equipping the Internet version of the database, thereby providing online access to the manuscripts and letters of F. M. Dostoevsky to domestic and foreign researchers of his work. The pages of Dostoevsky's autographs, manuscripts, and letters are accompanied by scientific descriptions that provide data on dates, names, page sizes, and the location of their storage. A software mechanism has been created to protect these materials from unauthorized copying, in order to prevent violation of the legal rights of the archives where the originals are stored (RGALI, IRLI RAS, RSL, RNB, etc.), the files are also protected in the form of "watermarks". However, any other operations, such as enlarging the image in online mode, remain at the user's disposal. The staff of the creative team carried out scientific testing and popularization of the project at several scientific conferences, round tables and seminars (starting from March this year in online mode, corresponding to the current situation with the development of the pandemic). Four scientific articles were written on the materials studied and published during 2020, and they were published or submitted for publication in specialized high-ranking scientific publications.

Annotation of the results obtained in 2018
The first year of the project to create a single digital archive of Dostoevsky, in which all the known manuscripts, letters and documents of the writer will be collected, systematized and arranged in chronological order, was devoted to the preparatory work. During this period, the research team worked on the plan outlined in the application, preparing equipment, software, scientific and methodological support, literature lists and lists of materials that will make up the archive, everything necessary for the successful implementation of the project. The overall strategy of the plan, according to the application, is as follows: the first year – preparatory activities, the second and third – scanning and systematization of materials within the computer database. Within the framework of these tasks was made a bibliography on the topic of "the Manuscript of M. Dostoevsky in a digital format", the analysis of the material in this direction; a review of this material was included In the publication on the topic of the above-mentioned (M. chikhalova); was also made a bibliography and the study of the topic of " Acquisition of digital Chevtaev), on the basis of this material prepared a scientific article posted in the "news of the RAS. Series language and literature"; compiled lists of manuscripts, letters and documents from the collections of F. M. Dostoevsky in the archives with autographs of the writer: RGALI (E. M. Gonashvili), the Department of manuscripts of the RSL (E. O. Kudin, Yu. M. Chikalova), the manuscript Department of the Pushkin house Russian Academy of Sciences (I. V. Ukraine), archives of the "second plan" - State archives of the Russian Federation, Russian state archive of ancient acts, the State Bakhrushin Theatre Museum, The Russian State military-historical archive, the Central state archive of the Moscow region, etc.the Results of this work, the description of the found became the basis of the scientific article prepared for the scientific collection "Cultural heritage: integration of resources in the digital space", issued by the Presidential library. A separate direction of work has been the selection of equipment satisfactory to perform the essential tasks of the program – scanning of the manuscripts of Dostoyevsky in high resolution. In the process of studying this issue, a scanning system based on the X71 camera ("Microbox Book2net", Germany) was created, providing the necessary 12000 dpi. Tests of this equipment have shown perfect compliance with the task, it should be noted friendly advice on this issue from the partners of IRLI RAS, the company "Alt-Soft". In addition, within the framework of the agreement concluded with this organization, the automated software and information system of CAIS, created by them, was adapted for the purposes of the project, the members of the creative group of IRLI working on the implementation of the project, instructions on the description of documents in the database interface were drawn up, access keys to the system were distributed and the input of information on the lists from the archives (RGALI, RGB and IRLI) was started. In the process the execution of these works was some experience on which is written three scientific articles looking at the challenges and achievements in the implementation of the project: on the process of preparing a digital archive of the writer in the literary and technological aspects (A. A. Chevtaev), and the article on the history and existence of manuscript collections of F. M. Dostoevsky in the archives of our country, about the material that will constitute the filling of an automated data base "a Digital archive of Fyodor Dostoyevsky (Burst K. A., I. A. Kravchuk, V. D. Cancer V. I. Koshchienko, Y. M. Chykalova, E. M., Gonashvili). One more article, fixing a number of exclusive connections between F. M. Dostoevsky and V. p. Burenin, is written by K. M. Barsht. The articles are published in the publications included in the RSCI citation database: journals "New philological Bulletin" and the collection of materials of the IX scientific-practical conference "Cultural heritage: integration of resources in the digital space" (Presidential library. B. N. Yeltsin). In the process, workshops were held to clarify the schedule of work and to identify ways to overcome the difficulties. The final results of the creative team's work in 2018 were received in full accordance with the plan, all the planned activities were fully implemented. A small execution of the plan occurred in two directions: 1) three instead of two scientific articles of the project, 2) in addition to the compiled list of materials, which will consist of a Digital archive Of M. Dostoevsky, data entry into the KAISA system has been started, the work started in this direction in the future will free up time and effort to clarify the data entered into the system, write comments and annotations to the materials. The composition of the creative team has changed, instead of leaving for different reasons, A. V. Sysoeva and M. A. Ivashentseva, the team went in, without disturbing the desired balance between young researchers and representatives of the older generation, J. M. Chykalova and I. A. Kravchuk, successfully replacing retired employees

Annotation of the results obtained in 2019
The results of our work in 2019 are completely scanned with a scanning device based on the camera x71(Microbox), made in high resolution (1200 dpi), complete sets of creative autographs of F. M. Dostoevsky, stored in the fund 212 (of Dostoevsky F. M.) in the Russian state archive of the literature and art and writer’s autographs in the funds 56 and 100, stored in the manuscript Department of the Institute of Russian literature (Pushkin House) RAS. The obtained files form the basis of the future database "Dostoevsky's Digital archive". The result of the work on strengthening the technical equipment of the group is the acquisition a second scanning device with a set of lighting devices, a special table and a tripod, with the X71 camera of Microbox (Germany), installed at the Manuscript department of the IRLI RAS; a high-performance computer with a powerful video card, a monitor, two external hard drives of 2 TB each, which are needed for practical implementation of the work of scanning manuscripts. The results of the work on entering data into the database of “The digital Dostoevsky’s archive": data of all scanned materials are entered in the relevant sections of the system, the sections are filled: sizes of pages, dating, places of storage of the original document, places and forms of publication, and scientific commentary where it is needed; a full description of these materials according to the established scheme is made. Digital copies of high resolution (1200 dpi), intended for the database "The digital Dostoevsky’s archive" and obtained as a result of scanning in the archives of RGALI and IRLI RAS, now are temporarily located on the server of the company "Alt-Soft", next year, after the purchase of the server intended for the operation of the archive, will be transferred to the server of the IRLI RAS; insurance copies of scanned materials keeps on external hard drives at the custodians of the archives in RGALI and IRLI RAS. The result of negotiations with the authority of the RSL, which have been going since the spring of this year, is the contract, which is currently in the process of signing in the relevant departments of the library. Together with programmers of “Alt-Soft” the design of the website (Internet resource) " The digital Dostoevsky’s archive " was developed, for it the domain name is acquired - dostoevskyarchive.ru, in order to publish online, in accordance with the overall objective of the project, an automated database of " The digital Dostoevsky’s archive ". In the archives of Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg, research work has been done to identify unaccounted for autographs of F. M. Dostoevsky, unknown materials related to the shorthand work of F. M. Dostoevsky's wife, Anna Grigoryevna, the scientific data found there were published at the end of this year in the periodical scientific edition of the Pushkin House “Dostoevsky.
